hospital musings from my phone

why is it that in the exceptionally limited choice of nourishment and refreshment in the hospital, there is a veritable curcopheny of chemicals with detrimental effects on health, as well as dairy ,processed meats and such desgustingly poisionous shit as coke a cola and atrificial swetner laiden junk. ...But... no cigarettes or tobacco ...for health reasons? really? they wont make arsnic available on the premisis but they have a great variety of heroin, rat poison,weed killer, etc.....ANGRY does not cover my feelings on this. its desgusting,and the argument on cancer is bullshit, there are more cancer causing chems in a lunch from the convienient cafes and shops in hospital than there are in tobacco. to me its feeding ignorance. let the dumb fucks stay poisioned and ill but only through their own pure lack of knowledge and or caring about what is in their food ...but oh no everyone knows smoking is bad for you so thats not allowed. like we're not able to make our own choices....but then again how many of you are making any choices for yourself when ur led to believe bullshit,and are too unwilling to care to inform yourself on what goes into your body? you buy into a marketing ploy,an idea, no truth. so....you don't know what you're eating.you only have the ability to make a choice when you are armed with information. are you able to make a choice ? or are you just blind and wilingly openinging your mouth to spoon fed poison? worse still.opening the mouths of ur children to it
